Who processes information?

Information collected

Names, email addresses, companies, phone numbers and messages submitted through contact, service, demo and event forms; enquiry type, related product or event, submission date and enquiry status. Fields vary by form. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords or access credentials for customer systems.

Purposes

Responding to enquiries, arranging proposals and demonstrations, managing event registration and identifying duplicate registrations. Sending a form does not subscribe you to advertising. Marketing communications require separate consent.

Access and service providers

Authorized team members can view enquiries in the admin panel. Event enquiries can be filtered by event and exported as CSV for internal work. Hosting and email infrastructure are planned through Hostinger. Enquiry notifications may be sent to business@huntech.io.

Retention and transfers

Information should be kept only as long as needed to handle enquiries and meet applicable legal retention requirements. Exact periods, backup retention, server country and any cross-border transfers require confirmation during review of this draft.

Your choices and requests

Contact business@huntech.io to request access, correction, deletion, information about processing or withdrawal of your consent. Handling requests may depend on legal obligations and identity verification.

Browser storage and external links

Appearance and cookie choices are stored in your browser. Optional analytics do not activate before consent. LinkedIn, Instagram and partner websites apply their own privacy policies.
